OUR STORY
Velvet Crystal was established in Truro in 1987 and has evolved, going from strength to strength over the years.
We pride ourselves on bringing good quality, stylish jewellery and gifts to the high street.
In addition to jewellery we sell a large range of minerals and fossils for both collectors and just the intrigued buyer.
In 2010 we opened our second store in Perranporth which only strengthened the Velvet Crystal brand.
With the Covid pandemic starting in 2020 we shut our Truro store and built our online store, pivoting the business to thrive in the current times we live in. Our online store runs alongside our busy Perranporth store, open all year round.
We provide a range of jewellery repair services in store.

Dave & Nicky have owned & run Velvet Crystal since opening in 1987, Joined by their daughter Isobel in 2010 they manage the Website & Perranporth stores between them, living in beautiful Cornwall.
They make the most of enjoying the chilled beach lifestyle over at the Perranporth Store, as well as the challenge of building a thriving online business.
